National Cancer Institute; Notice of Cancellation of Meeting

    Notice is hereby given of the cancellation of the closed meetings 
of the National Cancer Institute Special Emphasis Panel (SEP) of the 
National Cancer Institute scheduled for November 13 and 15, 1995, which 
was published in the Federal Register on October 25 (60 FR 54696).
    The meetings were canceled due to administrative complications.
