Take notice that on October 31, 1995, pursuant to Rule 207(a)(5) of
the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure, 18 CFR 385.207(a)(5),
Northwest Pipeline Corporation (Northwest) tendered for filing a

Northwest seeks a waiver of the Commission's first-come, first-
served policy as reflected in Section 1 of Northwest's Rate Schedule
TI-1 and in the Priority Date provisions in Section 12.3 of the General
Terms and Conditions of Northwest's FERC Gas Tariff, Third Revised

interruptible transportation agreement to be retained by WGM's
assignee, Williams Energy Services Company. The assignment is due to a
corporate reorganization, effective November 1, 1995.
Northwest states that a copy of this filing has been served upon
Northwest's jurisdictional customers and upon affected state regulatory
    commissions.
Any person desiring to be heard or protest said filing should file
