Notice of Closure of Receivership and Surrender of Licensee

    Notice is hereby given that First Southern Capital Corporation, 

[[Page 56629]]
    (``FSCC''), has surrendered its License (No. 06/12-0023) to operate as 
a small business investment company under the Small Business Investment 
Act of 1958, as amended. FSCC was licensed by the Small Business 
Administration in 1961.
    Pursuant to a Final Order dated April 5, 1995, the receivership was 
terminated. The surrender of the license was accepted on April 5, 1995, 
and accordingly, all rights, privileges, and franchises derived 
therefrom have been terminated.
