Notice of Closure of Receivership and Surrender of Licensee

    Notice is hereby given that Housing Capital Corporation (``HCC''), 
has surrendered its License No. 03/03-0119) to operate as a specialized 
small business investment company under the Small Business Investment 
Act of 1958, as amended. HCC was licensed by the Small Business 
Administration on September 3, 1975.
    Pursuant to a Final Order dated January 26, 1994, the receivership 
was terminated. The surrender of the license was accepted on January 
26, 1994, and accordingly, all rights, privileges, and franchises 
derived therefrom have been terminated.
