Notice of Closure of Receivership and Surrender of Licensee

    Notice is hereby given that Professional Capital Corporation 
(``PCC''), has surrendered its License (No. 03/03-5126) to operate as a 
specialized small business investment company under the Small Business 
Investment Act of 1958, as amended. PCC was licensed by the Small 
Business Administration in 1977.
    Pursuant to a Final Order dated November 15, 1994, the receivership 
was terminated. The surrender of the license was accepted on November 
15, 1994, and accordingly, all rights, privileges, and franchises 
derived therefrom have been terminated.
