Notice of Closure of Receivership and Surrender of Licensee


Notice is hereby given that Sagera Venture Corporation 
(``Sagera''), has surrendered its License (No. 05/05-5121) to operate 
as a specialized small business investment company under the Small 
Business Investment Act of 1958, as amended. Sagera was licensed by the 
Small Business Administration in 1978.

    Pursuant to a Final Order dated August 22, 1995, the receivership 
was terminated. The surrender of the license was accepted on August 22, 
1995, and accordingly, all rights, privileges, and franchises derived 
therefrom have been terminated.
