Notice of Closure of Receivership and Surrender of Licensee

    Notice is hereby given that Texas Capital Corporation (``Texas 
Capital''), has surrendered its License (No. 06/10-0004) to operate as 
a small business investment company under the Small Business Investment 
Act of 1968, as amended. Texas Capital was licensed by the Small 
Business Administration on September 25, 1959.

    Pursuant to a Final Order dated August 10, 1993, the receivership 
was terminated. The surrender of the license was accepted on August 10, 
1993, and accordingly, all rights, privileges, and franchises derived 
therefrom have been terminated.
