Notice of Closure of Receivership and Surrender of Licensee

    Notice is hereby given that Intercapco West, Inc. (``Intercapco 
West''), has surrendered its License (No. 07/07-0076) to operate as a 
small business investment company under the Small Business Investment 
Act of 1958, as amended. Intercapco West was licensed by the Small 
Business Administration on January 21, 1977.
    Pursuant to a Final Order dated March 10, 1995, the receivership 
was terminated. The surrender of the license was accepted on March 10, 
1995, and accordingly, all rights, privileges, and franchises derived 
therefrom have been terminated.
