SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION

Notice of Closure and Receivership and Surrender of Licensee

    Notice is hereby given that Telacu Investment Company, Inc. 
(``Telacu''), has surrendered its License (No. 09/09-5187) to operate 
as a specialized small business investment company under the Small 
Business Investment Act of 1958, as amended. Telacu was licensed by the 
Small Business Administration in 1975.
    Pursuant to a Final Order dated July 27, 1993, the receivership was 
terminated. The surrender of the license was accepted on July 27, 1993, 
and accordingly, all rights, privileges, and franchises derived 
therefrom have been terminated.
