Notice of Closure of Receivership and Surrender of Licensee

    Notice is hereby given that Vermont Investment Capital, Inc. 
(``Vermont'', has surrendered its License (No. 01/01-0072) to operate 
as a small business investment company under the Small Business 
Investment Act of 1958, as amended. Vermont was licensed by the Small 
Business Administration on August 12, 1971.
    Pursuant to a Final Order dated June 4, 1993, the receivership was 
terminated. The surrender of the license was accepted on June 4, 1993, 
and accordingly, all rights, privileges, and franchises derived 
therefrom have been terminated.
