Notice of Agency Meeting

    Pursuant to the provisions of the ``Government in the Sunshine 
Act'' (5 U.S.C. 552b), notice is hereby given that the Federal Deposit 
Insurance Corporation's Board of Directors will meet in open session at 
9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 14, 1995, to consider the following 
matters:

Summary Agenda

    No substantive discussion of the following items is anticipated. 
These matters will be resolved with a single vote unless a member of 
the Board of Directors requests that an item be moved to the discussion 
agenda.

    Reports of actions approved by an officer of the Corporation 
pursuant to authority delegated by the Board of Directors.
    Memorandum and resolution re: Final amendment to Part 309 of the 
Corporation's rules and regulations, entitled ``Disclosure of 
Information,'' which revise the rules setting forth the procedures 
to be used by members of the public in requesting records maintained 
by the Corporation, the amount of fees charged by the Corporation 
for responding to requests, the procedures to be used when appealing 
a decision to deny access to records or for a waiver of fees, 
circumstances and procedures under which exempt records might be 
disclosed, and the method by which a party can serve legal process 
on the Corporation in order to obtain information.

Discussion Agenda

    Memorandum and resolution re: Notice regarding Bank Insurance 
Fund Semiannual Assessment Rates.
    Memorandum and resolution re: Notice regarding Savings 
Association Insurance Fund Semiannual Assessment Rates.

    The meeting will be held in the Board Room on the sixth floor of 
the FDIC Building located at 550--17th Street, N.W., Washington, D.C.
    The FDIC will provide attendees will auxiliary aids (e.g., sign 
language interpretation) required for this meeting. Those attendees
