Proposed Foreign-Trade Zone--Lancaster, CA; Extension of Public 
Comment Period

    The comment period for the above case, submitted by the City of 
Lancaster, California, requesting authority for a new general-purpose 
zone in the Lancaster (Antelope Valley) area is further extended to 
December 4, 1998, to allow interested parties additional time in which 
to comment on the proposal.
    Comments in writing are invited during this period. Submissions 
(original and 3 copies) shall be addressed to the Board's Executive 
Secretary at the address below. Office of the Executive Secretary,
