Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 12/14/2015.

Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 07/15/2016.

Primary Counties: Clallam, Grays Harbor, Whatcom.

All other information in the original declaration remains unchanged.
