Stingray Pipeline Company; Extension of Informal Settlement 
Conference

November 25, 1994.
    Take notice that the informal settlement conference scheduled in 
this proceeding for December 6, 1994, at 10:00 a.m., has been extended 
and will be convened on December 9, 1994, at 10:00 a.m., at the offices 
of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 810 First Street, N.E., 
Washington, D.C., for the purpose of exploring the possible settlement 
of the issues in this proceeding.
    Any party as, as defined by 18 CFR 385.102(c) (1994), or any 
participant, as defined by 18 CFR 385.102(b) (1994), is invited to 
attend. Persons wishing to become a party must move to intervene and 
receive intervenor status pursuant to the Commission's regulations at 
18 CFR Part 214 (1994).
