jurisdiction of the United States Fish and Wildlife Service; or (3)
within any National Forest or Indian Reservation.
        1. All minerals, including oil and gas, shall be reserved to the
United States, together with the right to prospect for, mine and remove
the minerals. The Secretary of the Interior reserves the right to
determine whether such mining and removal of minerals will interfere
with the development, operation and maintenance of the airport.
        2. A right-of-way will be reserved for ditches and canals
constructed by the authority of the United States (Act of August 30,
    1890, 26 Stat. 391; 43 U.S.C. 945).

developed for airport purposes, or used in a manner consistent with the
terms of the conveyance, only that specific part shall, at the
discretion of the Secretary, revert to the United States.
