Williams, III, Richardson, Texas; and James David Williams, Kerrville, Texas; to acquire voting shares of Union Bancshares, Inc., Clayton, New Mexico, and thereby indirectly acquire voting shares of The First National Bank of New Mexico, Clayton, New Mexico.
