Panhandle Eastern Pipe Line Corporation; Notice of Technical 
Conference

December 5, 1996.
    In the Commission's order issued on September 30, 1996, in the 
above-captioned proceeding, the Commission held that the filing raises 
certain issues for which a technical conference is to be convened.
    The conference to address the issues has been scheduled for 
Thursday, December 19, 1996, at 10:00 a.m. in a room to be designated 
at the offices of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First 
Street, N.E., Washington, D.C. 20426.
    All interested persons and Staff are permitted to attend.
