Correction

    In rule document 95-29527 beginning on page 62702 in the issue of 
Thursday, December 7, 1995, make the following correction:
    On page 62702, in the third column, under EFFECTIVE DATE, in the 
first line, insert ``January 8, 1996.'' before ``See''.
