Prehearing Conference

    Notice is hereby given that, as a result of the suspension of the 
proceeding granted by the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board's 
Memorandum and Order (Motion to Suspend Proceeding), LBP-96-26, 
December 3, 1996, the prehearing conference announced by our Notice of 
Prehearing Conference, dated November 1, 1996, 61 FR 57721 (November 7, 
1996), has been cancelled. The conference will be rescheduled at a 
later date following resumption of the proceeding.
