Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) for Lake Cresent
Management Plan, Olympic National Park, WA
ACTION: Notice of change of dates for public meetings.

SUMMARY: The dates of the public meetings specified in the National
Park Service Notice of Availability (FR, Vol. 61, No. 204, p. 54676)
were November 20, 1996, in Seattle, WA, and November 21, 1996, in Port
Angeles, WA. This current Notice announces that the dates for those
public meetings have been changed as follows: Wednesday, January 15,
1997, from 7:00 to 9:30 p.m., at the Jackson Federal Building, South
Auditorium, Seattle, WA, and Thursday, January 16, 1997, from 7:00 to
9:30 p.m., at the Vern Burton Community Center, Port Angeles, WA. All
comments received will become part of the public record and copies of
comments, including any names, addresses and telephone numbers provided
by respondents, may be released for public inspection.
DATES: Comments on the DEIS must be received no later than February 3,
1997.
