Williams Natural Gas Company; Notice of Rescheduling of Technical 
Conference

December 9, 1996.
    Pursuant to the Commission's notice, issued on November 25, 1996, 
the technical conference scheduled for Thursday, December 12, 1996 has 
been rescheduled.
    Take notice that the conference has been reschedule for Wednesday, 
January 8, 1997 at 10:00 a.m. in a room to be designated at the offices 
of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, NE., 
Washington, DC. 20426.
    All interested persons and Staff are permitted to attend.
