In accordance with Section 223 of the Trade Act of 1974 (19 USC
2273) the Department of Labor issued a Notice of Certification
Regarding Eligibility to Apply for Worker Adjustment Assistance on
October 16, 1996, applicable to workers of Vanco Industries,
Incorporated located in Eutaw, Alabama. The notice was published in the
    Federal Register on November 8, 1996 (61 FR 57905).
At the request of petitioners, the Department reviewed the
certification for workers of the subject firm. New findings show that

Incorporated, in New York, New York. The workers at the New York
location provide administrative services for the Eutaw, Alabama
    production facility.
The intent of the Department's certification is to include all
workers of Vanco Industries, Incorporated who were affected by
increased imports. Accordingly, the Department is amending the worker
certification to include workers at the New York, New York location of
    Vanco Industries, Incorporated.
The amended notice applicable to TA-W-32,668 is hereby issued as
    follows:

totally or partially separated from employment on or after July 29,
1995, are eligible to apply for adjustment assistance under Section
223 of the Trade Act of 1974.
