    The Department of Treasury has submitted the following public

Title: 1996 Income Verification Program (IVP) Customer Satisfaction 
Surveys
Description: The objectives of this survey are to (1) assess the impact 
of the VIP process on taxpayers; (2) compare the lenders' level of 
satisfactions with the traditional disclosure system and the redesigned 
disclosure system; and (3) identify means of improving satisfaction 
with the IRS service.
Respondents: Individuals or households.
