    The Department of Treasury has submitted the following public

Automated Customer Satisfaction Surveys
Description: IRS will assess customer satisfaction and ease of use of 
the Telephone Routing Interactive System (TRIS) applications and 
measure how easy callers find the applications to use by conducting 
satisfaction surveys with callers who successfully use the different 
applications.
