AGENCY: Federal Aviation Administration [FAA], DOT.

SUMMARY: Notice is hereby given that on or about December 27, 1996, the 
Airport Traffic Control Tower at West Memphis, Arkansas will be 
decommissioned. This information will be reflected in the FAA 
Organization Statement the next time it is issued.
