Correction to Notice of Consideration of Issuance of Amendment to 
Facility Operating License and Opportunity for a Hearing

    On November 8, 1999 (64 FR 60854), the Federal Register published a 
Notice of Consideration of Issuance of Amendment to Facility Operating 
License and Opportunity for a Hearing. On page 60855, bottom paragraph 
of column 3, the notice identified ``issuance of amendment to the NMP2 
operating license.'' The ``issuance of amendment to the NMP2 operating 
license'' should read ``issuance of amendment to the FitzPatrick 
operating license.''
