    The Department of Labor (DOL) has submitted the following public information collection request (ICR) to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (Pub.     Description: The ETA-204, Experience Rating Report, provides ETA with the data needed to measure variations in assigned contribution rates that result from different experience rating systems. The data are used to provide an indication of whether solvency problems exist in State Trust Fund accounts and for analyzing factors that give rise to solvency problems. Section 303(a)(6) of the Social Security Act authorizes ETA to collect this information.
