Take notice that on December 3, 1998, Granite State Gas
Transmission, Inc. (Granite State) tendered for filing as part of its

Substitute Second Revised Sheet No. 275

Granite State states that it filed the foregoing revised tariff
sheets on November 16, 1998 among other original and revised tariff
sheets to conform its nominating and related procedures to comply with
the requirements of Order No. 587-H. It is further stated that the

its firm and interruptible customers and on the regulatory agencies of
the states of Maine, Massachusetts and New Hampshire.

provided in Section 154.210 of the Commission's Regulations. Protests
will be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate
action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to
the proceedings. Copies of this filing are on file with the Commission
and are available for public inspection in the Public Reference Room.
