Certain Pasta from Italy; Notice of Extension of Time Limit for 
Administrative Review

AGENCY: Import Administration, International Trade Administration, 
Department of Commerce.

ACTION: Notice of extension of time limit.

SUMMARY: The Department of Commerce is extending the time limit for the 
final results of the first administrative review of the antidumping 
duty order on certain pasta from Italy. The period of review is January 
19, 1996 through June 30, 1997. This extension is made pursuant to 
section 751(a)(3)(A) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended by the 
Uruguay Round Agreements Act.

EFFECTIVE DATE: December 14, 1998.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: On August 28, 1997, the Department of 
Commerce (the Department) initiated this review covering the period 
January 19, 1996 through June 30, 1997. Because it is not practicable 
to complete this review within the time limits mandated by section 
751(a)(3)(A) of the Tariff Act of 1930 (the Act) the Department is 
extending the time limits for the final results to February 3, 1999. 
This extension is in accordance with section 751(a)(3)(A) of the Act 
and 19 CFR 351.213(h)(2).
