Declaration

AGENCY: Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).

ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: This notice amends the notice of an emergency for the 
Commonwealth of Massachusetts, (FEMA-3153-EM), dated December 6, 1999, 
and related determinations.

EFFECTIVE DATE: December 7, 1999.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The notice of an emergency for the 
Commonwealth of Massachusetts is hereby amended to include 
reimbursement for the overtime costs of police and fire personnel.
