AGENCY: National Science Foundation.

ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: As authorized by Sec. 5(e)(2) of the National Science 
Foundation Act of 1950, as amended, the National Science Board remakes 
its delegation of authority to the National Science Foundation Director 
to review, approve and take final action on grants, contracts, or other 
arrangements.
