Texas; Declaration of Disaster Loan Area

    Hidalgo County and the contiguous counties of Brooks, Cameron, 
Kennedy, Starr, and Willacy in the State of Texas constitute a disaster 
area as a result of damages caused by severe storms, high winds, and 
flooding which occurred October 8 through October 27, 1994. 
Applications for loans for physical damage as a result of this disaster 
may be filed until the close of business on Feb. 6, 1995 and for 
economic injury until the close of business on Sept. 6, 1995 at the 
address listed below: U.S. Small Business Administration, Disaster Area 
3 Office, 4400 Amon Carter Blvd., Suite 102, Ft. Worth, TX 76155, or 
other locally announced locations.
    The interest rates are:
