ACTION: Final rule.

SUMMARY: This document grants a Petition for Reconsideration filed by
Down East Radio to the extent of deleting Channel 272A from Pine Knoll
Shores, North Carolina. See 57 FR 19809, May 8, 1992. With this action,
the proceeding is terminated.

2. Section 73.202(b), the Table of FM Allotments under North
