        (4) Affected public who will be asked or required to respond, as
well as a brief abstract. Primary: State government Other: None
        (5) An estimated total of the number of respondents and the amount
of time estimated for an average respondent to respond. The information
to compile these reports will be drawn from victim assistance program
data to the 57 respondents (grantees). The number of victim assistance
vary widely from state to state. A state could be responsible for
compiling subgrant data for as many as 186 programs (Texas) to as few

range from 1 to 70 hours.
        (6) An estimate of the total burden (in hours) associated with the

    recordkeeping and reporting burden.
