    2Wireline CompetitionTitle: Schools and Libraries Universal Service Support Mechanism (CC Docket No. 02-6).
    Summary: The Commission will consider a Third Report and Order and Second Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking concerning the administration of the schools and libraries universal service mechanism.
    3Wireless Tele-CommunicationsTitle: Amendment of the Commission's Rules Regarding Dedicated Short-Range Communication Services in the 5.850-5.925 GHz Band (5.9 GHz Band) (WT Docket No. 01-90); and Amendment of Parts 2 and 90 of the Commission's Rules to Allocate the 5.850-5.925 GHz Band to the Mobile Service for Dedicated Short Range Communications of Intelligent Transportation Services (ET Docket No. 98-95, RM-9096).
    Summary: The Commission will consider a Report and Order concerning licensing and service rules for the Dedicated Short Range Communications (DSRC) Service in the Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) Radio Service in the 5.850-5.925 GHz band (5.9 GHz band).
