Correction

    In notice document 94-28193 beginning on page 59228 in the issue of 
Wednesday, November 16, 1994, make the following correction:
    On page 59237, in the third column, in the first full paragraph, 
beginning in the third line from the bottom, ``(insert 30 days after 
date of publication in the Federal Register)'' should read ``December 
16, 1994''.
