Approval and Promulgation of State Implementation Plans;
Michigan; Extension of Comment Period
AGENCY: Environmental Protection Agency.
ACTION: Proposed rule; extension of comment period.

SUMMARY: The United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is
extending the comment period for a proposed action published November
9, 1999 (64 FR 61046). On November 9, 1999, the EPA proposed
disapproval of requested revisions to the Michigan State Implementation
Plan (SIP). The SIP revisions relate to the review of new and modified
stationary sources of air pollution. At the request of the Michigan
Department of Environmental Quality, the EPA is extending the comment
period for 45 days.
DATES: The comment period is extended until January 24, 2000.
