Incident: Severe Storms and Flooding.

Incident Period: 09/06/2008 through 09/07/2008.

EFFECTIVE DATE:

12/05/2008.

Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 12/02/2008.

Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 07/03/2009.
