    SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:

Notice is hereby given that, in a letter dated November 8, 2019, the President amended the cost-sharing arrangements regarding Federal funds provided under the authority of the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act, 42 U.S.C. 5121 et seq. (the “Stafford Act”), in a letter to Pete Gaynor, Acting Administrator, Federal Emergency Management Agency, Department of Homeland Security, under Executive Order 12148, as follows:

I have determined that the damage to the Santa Clara Pueblo resulting from flooding during the period of August 19 to August 24, 2011, is of sufficient severity and magnitude that special cost sharing arrangements are warranted regarding Federal funds provided under the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act, 42 U.S.C. 5121 et seq. (the “Stafford Act”).Start Printed Page 68470

Therefore, I amend the declaration of November 23, 2011, to now authorize Federal funds for all categories of Public Assistance at 90 percent of the total eligible costs for the Santa Clara Pueblo.

This adjustment to the Santa Clara Pueblo's cost sharing applies only to Public Assistance costs and direct Federal assistance eligible for such adjustments under the law. Section 404 of the Stafford Act, 42 U.S.C. 5170c, specifically prohibits a similar adjustment for funds provided for the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program. Thus, Hazard Mitigation Grant Program funds will continue to be reimbursed at 75 percent of total eligible costs.
