AGENCY: Nuclear Regulatory Commission.

ACTION: RuleNet announcement; Correction.

SUMMARY: This document corrects a notice of availability appearing in 
the Federal Register on November 15, 1995 (60 FR 57370), that listed 
the electronic address for accessing the RuleNet program. This action 
is necessary to correct a printing error in the RuleNet address.
