Operations) concerning general consent authority (proposed earlier 
for public comment; Docket No. R-0896).
    2. Publication for comment of proposed amendments to Regulation 
K (International Banking Operations) concerning interstate banking 
operations of foreign banking organizations.
    3. Any items carried forward from a previously announced 
meeting.

    Discussion Agenda: PLEASE NOTE THAT NO DISCUSSION ITEMS ARE 
SCHEDULED FOR THIS MEETING.
