North Carolina; Declaration of Disaster Loan Area (Amendment #5)

    In accordance with a notice from the Federal Emergency Management 
Agency, dated December 2, 1996, the above-numbered Declaration is 
hereby amended to extend the deadline for filing applications for 
physical damage as a result of this disaster to January 4, 1997.
    All other information remains the same, i.e., the termination date 
for filing applications for loans for economic injury is June 6, 1997.
