    The National Science Foundation announces that it will hold a 
workshop. The workshop is open to the public. Specifics are:

Decade.

8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m., Jan. 29, 1999/8:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
    Place: Room 375, National Science Foundation, 4201 Wilson 
Boulevard, Arlington, VA.
