AGENCY: Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).
ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: This notice amends the notice of a major disaster for the
State of Texas (FEMA-1257-DR), dated October 21, 1998, and related
determinations.
EFFECTIVE DATE: December 7, 1998.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: In a letter dated December 7, 1998, the
President amended his initial declaration letter to reflect the
incident period for this disaster as October 17, 1998, through and
including November 15, 1998.
