SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:

On November 25, 2024, the Commission established a schedule for the conduct of the preliminary phase of the subject investigations (89 FR 95235, December 2, 2024). Subsequently, the Department of Commerce (“Commerce”) extended the deadline for its initiation determination from December 16, 2024 to January 6, 2025 (89 FR 100465, December 12, 2024). The Commission, therefore, is revising its schedule to conform with Commerce's new schedule.

The Commission must reach preliminary determinations within 25 days after the date on which the Commission receives notice from Commerce of initiation of the investigations, and the Commission's views must be transmitted to Commerce within five business days thereafter.
