AGENCY: Federal Communications Commission.
ACTION: Proposed rule; dismissal of.

SUMMARY: The Commission rescinds the Report and Order which deleted
Channel 266C1 from Pago Pago, American Samoa. See 59 FR 59200, November
16, 1994. Channel 266C1 is not allotted to Pago Pago but to Leone,
American Samoa. With this action, this proceeding is terminated.
EFFECTIVE DATE: December 19, 1994.
