[Declaration of Disaster Loan Area #2748; Amendment #1]
Texas; Declaration of Disaster Loan Area
The above-numbered Declaration is hereby amended, in accordance
with notices from the Federal Emergency Management Agency dated October
22 and 28, and November 2, 1994, to include Colorado, DeWitt, Fort
Bend, Lavaca, and Matagorda Counties in the State of Texas as a
disaster area as a result of damages caused by severe storms and
flooding beginning on October 14, 1994 and continuing.
In addition, applications for economic injury loans from small
businesses located in the contiguous county of Karnes in the State of
Texas may be filed until the specified date at the previously
designated location.
Any counties contiguous to the above-named primary counties and not
listed herein have been previously declared.
All other information remains the same, i.e., the termination date
for filing applications for physical damage is December 19, 1994 and
for economic injury the deadline is July 19, 1995.
The economic injury number for Texas is 837800.
