Texas; Declaration of Disaster Loan Area

    The above-numbered Declaration is hereby amended, effective 
November 8, 1994, to establish the incident period for this disaster as 
beginning on October 14, 1994 and continuing through November 8, 1994.
    All other information remains the same, i.e., the termination date 
for filing applications for physical damage is December 19, 1994 and 
for economic injury the deadline is July 19, 1995.
