All Items Consumer Price Index for all Urban Consumers United 
States City Average

    Pursuant to the requirements of Public Law 95-602, I hereby certify 
that the Consumer Price Index for all Urban Consumers rose 2.6 percent 
between October 1993 and October 1994 from a level of 145.7 (1982-
84=100) in October 1993 to a level of 149.5 (1982-84=100) in October 
1994.
