agenda for the open Parole Commission meeting:
1. Approval of minutes of previous Commission meeting.
2. Reports from the Chairman, Commissioners, Legal, Chief of
Staff, Case Operations, and Administrative Sections.
3. Modification of the Commission's Policy on witness Security
Cases.
4. Discussion on defining ``Dangerous Offenders.''
5. Discussion on Training Manual for Risk Prediction.
6. Adoption of Final Rule Regarding Guideline Amendment for
``Carnal Knowledge or Sodomy Involving Minors.''
7. Proposed Amendment to 28 C.F.R. Sec. 2.60 regarding
advancement of the release date for a prisoner who demonstrates
successful treatment of a residential substance abuse treatment
program.
8. Proposal to Streamline the Dispositional Review Process found
at 28 C.F.R. Sec. 2.47.
9. Proposal to Amend 28 C.F.R. Sec. 2.40 to conform to Section
20414 of the Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act of 1994.
